Investor Readiness Checklist (pre-launch)
Objective
Ensure investor narrative is supported by minimum viable proof, not only category framing.
Minimum proof set
- Problem and category thesis
- Clear statement of why high-liability assurance is structurally underserved.
- ICP and wedge definition
- Explicit "who we serve" and "who we avoid".
- Proof of demand signal
- Qualified design-partner conversations and recurring objections tracked.
- Product proof artifacts
- At least one credibility artifact showing how claims map to product behavior.
- Pricing hypothesis
- Value-based rationale and current willingness-to-pay assumptions.
- GTM motion
- How early pipeline is generated, qualified, and converted to pilots.
Readiness gate
Do not enter active fundraising narrative until all six items have named owner, status, and next evidence action.
