Investor Readiness Checklist (pre-launch)

Objective

Ensure investor narrative is supported by minimum viable proof, not only category framing.

Minimum proof set

  1. Problem and category thesis
  • Clear statement of why high-liability assurance is structurally underserved.
  1. ICP and wedge definition
  • Explicit "who we serve" and "who we avoid".
  1. Proof of demand signal
  • Qualified design-partner conversations and recurring objections tracked.
  1. Product proof artifacts
  • At least one credibility artifact showing how claims map to product behavior.
  1. Pricing hypothesis
  • Value-based rationale and current willingness-to-pay assumptions.
  1. GTM motion
  • How early pipeline is generated, qualified, and converted to pilots.

Readiness gate

Do not enter active fundraising narrative until all six items have named owner, status, and next evidence action.
