Core outputs

  1. ICP pain brief (weekly)
  • One target pain, decision context, and the cost of current-state failure.
  1. Objection response note (weekly)
  • One buyer objection and structured response (evidence, limitations, next proof needed).
  1. Credibility artifact (monthly)
  • Pilot narrative, architecture trust page, or assurance workflow explainer.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every artifact ties to a specific audience (buyer, advisor, investor, design partner).
  • Claims are backed by visible product behavior, docs, or customer signal.
  • Asset has one clear CTA (book call, join pilot, request walkthrough).

Suggested sequence (first 6 weeks)

  1. Weeks 1-2: ICP pain briefs + objection notes
  2. Weeks 3-4: first credibility artifact
  3. Weeks 5-6: iterate from call feedback and publish second credibility artifact draft
